Good Afternoon Red Hoodie Readers!
Really quickly, I want to make an announcement today. I really do, but as I mentioned yesterday I'm still waiting on that 100% confirmation. Otherwise, my first item today is moving over the blog posts from the old Wordpress site. Now, they do have an export/import option, but after trying it, I realized it wasn't going to keep any of my formatting or tables so I'm taking the time to move them manually.
In addition, the first Patron-Only post will go up tomorrow, so I'm making sure I've got the Patron all set up to handle that. I have plans for more rewards and Discord integration, but for now, it's going to just be a super simple support stream. Link and more on that tomorrow.
I also learned today that I need to read some of the OGL and other licensing materials better, and that I may have done a small boo-boo that I'm fixing today. Publishing content for the world's greatest role-playing game, has some of the world's worst restrictions and rules. I'm emailing with support at DMs Guild, but if you're familiar with publishing original content on the platform, let me know, I'd appreciate any insight.
I'm still learning exactly how to accomplish my goals. In the immortal words of Ron Swanson, "Whatever happened to, 'Hey I have some apples, would you like to buy them?' 'Yes! Thank you!' That's as complicated as it should be to open a business in this country."
